Creative development, art direction and design for a large-scale multi-touch interactive table created for the museum’s new galleries in Portsmouth.
The interactive experience allows visitors to explore the museum’s extensive archive through a dynamic timeline charting the history of the modern Royal Navy from 1900 onwards. At its centre, a stylised seascape acts as both a visual anchor and narrative device, illustrating the evolution of naval technology and ship design through responsive, interactive animations.
The project balances clarity and depth, encouraging intuitive exploration while revealing how naval innovation, materials, and design evolved across the 20th and 21st centuries.
